I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at karen rush real estate. I have been particularly impressed with the team, from the very first day that we where shown the property. While there have been a variety of minor issues I have appreciated the fair and prompt manner in which they have been dealt with. When my partner (now wife) and I moved to Canberra we were very dissapointed in the manner that most property agents dealt with people "renting". We moved from a small rural NSW town and found that in Armidale, real estate agents showed a priority and professionalism to their tenants. Initially this was not what we found in Canberra. As you may be aware I am a "shift" worker and only somebody who works a rotating roster can appreciate this type of flexibility. Since then your office has been very considerate to me and have always had inspections and renovations occur in a timely manner, which still enabled me to sleep after a night duty.

Far too many Real Estate agencies regard property management as a waste of their time and talents. From start to finish my current landlords, karen rush real estate, have been an eye-popping pleasure to deal with.
